Hoodz Franchise

An industry leader in commercial kitchen exhaust system cleaning and preventative maintenance, Hoodz provides service for businesses that keeps their employees and customers safe, and which helps keep them in compliance with government and industry standards.

Hoodz has been able to quickly dominate the marketplace throughout the USA because of a lack of organization that was previously found in the industry. Most kitchen cleaning companies are small and lack the know-how or have access to the comprehensive set of equipment that allows Hoodz employees to conduct every aspect of cleaning and maintaining expensive professional kitchen appliances.

To buy a franchise with Hoodz, you'll need to have at least $100,000 in liquid capital and a minimum net worth of $200,000. Hoodz charges a franchise fee of $59,900. They also offer a discount for veterans.

Values & History

The company was started in 2009 as one of three franchise companies controlled by the Belfor Franchise Group. Because the franchise is owned and assisted by an experienced franchise company, entrepreneurs who invest in Hoodz gain access to an abundance of riches in regard to resources, information, and just as importantly, successful franchise owners who are interested in sharing their methodologies for success.

At Hoodz, franchise owners consider each other valuable allies. Everyone creates a business like this one to ensure the financial security for themselves and their loved ones. All of our franchise owners understand that, and we look for people who aren't selfish about how they got to where they are today. Instead, new franchise owners will be able to consult with many of the veterans. You start off on day one leap years ahead of where people starting their own business independently are situated. You can't replace experience.

Industry Performance

Belfor puts all its franchise owners in a winning situation from day one. In the eleven years that Hoodz has been franchising, the company has seen a steady rise and is pleased to open franchises globally. With over 100 franchise operations currently in existence, Hoodz has become a popular brand that restaurant owners have come to trust.

There are opportunities everywhere. From commercial and residential districts in every town and city, to airports, hospitals, and military bases. There are professional-level kitchens that need special cleaning services everywhere you look. The best part is once a Hoodz team takes care of it, usually the client is so satisfied that they retain Hoodz to do the job regularly. We just have a professional outlook and the best equipment. We don't cut corners and the performance results show it.

That is why we are quickly rising to the top position in the entire industry. That's the excellence that Belfor loves in its companies, and why they chose to build Hoodz in the first place. The opening was there, and now we're quickly rising to provide our franchisees with a solid opportunity for constant profit.

Training & Support

We start off with a course curriculum that is approximately 92 hours long, with 7-8 of those hours being out in the field. By the end of the training you'll know everything a person possibly can about our full range of services, and how to specifically run a Hoodz franchise correctly. We have a proven system that has been making money for a decade. We'll teach you every nuance, including how to manage your equipment inventory so that you don't waste any money on unnecessary investments and can maintain your tools-of-the-trade for the longest periods of time to perform at the highest levels.

We believe in a high degree of integrity that all Belfor companies utilize to maintain incredible relationships with clients that become very loyal when they realize they can't get a better result with anybody else. This takes a certain level of pride on the part of each of our franchise owners to hire the best workers and use the best practices and principles to run the business. You'll have the constant support of the central office, and other franchise owners. You'll be running your Hoodz your way, but you'll never feel alone like independent business owners do. It's the best of both worlds.

Ideal Candidate & Qualifications

The number one thing we look for are candidates willing to learn our system and stay on point. We have built Hoodz to the successful level it is currently at because of the wonderful people who are on our team. We select people carefully because our franchise brand is only as strong as the people who are out in their designated territories allow us to be.

Former franchise or business owners, people who have worked in and already have knowledge of how professional kitchen equipment works, and basic business skills such as marketing, leadership, communication and deal-making, bookkeeping and other managerial skills, are all welcome to join our incredible team. If any of that sounds like you, then let's talk about where to place your new franchise.

Purchasing a Hoodz Franchise

You have a lot of options with Hoodz. Once you are fully trained, you'll build a team of licensed professionals who will also get further training with the company to ensure that everyone has the knowledge to perform our full range of services. Franchise owners who like to be hands-on and leading the team on the job can certainly do so. On the opposite end of the spectrum, we also allow absentee franchise ownership – meaning you can assign a business manager to run the operation while you build your personal financial empire with Hoodz being just one of your businesses. Or if you like to manage the business but don't want to be physically involved with the cleaning services, that's fine too.

So, this is a great opportunity no matter how you like to run your business. We'll provide you the best information, training, staff recruitment guidelines, and access to the best equipment available. You run your Hoodz the way you feel it will best succeed. You are in control as the franchise owner.
